Flow60 Practices

Flow60 practices combine qi-gong, strength training, stretching, breathwork, and meditation, all into 60 minutes.

Let go of physical tension, release trapped emotions, and silence your mind, as you learn to cultivate inner peace.

This has been my daily practice for 5 years. I became a Certified Flow60 Instructor in 2023, and have taught over 300 classes since then.

The Original Practice

Flow60 is a holistic practice that you can do anytime and anywhere, no matter your fitness level.

Group Sessions

Our sessions will focus on gentleness, self-care, and relaxation. Each practice will last between 60-70 minutes.

  • All sessions take place on Zoom. Check the session schedule in order to see what are the available times. You will have up to 20 minutes before the practice starts to sign up or cancel your session.

  • The Flow60 practice is composed of 4 parts that flow together:

    1. Tap Massage: Activate your energy with tapping and vibration.

    2. Strength Training: Exert your body and release pent up emotions and energy.

    3. Stretching: Release tension in the joints and muscles, while calming and relaxing the body.

    4. Breathing & Meditation: Increase oxygen flow, deepen your connection to feelings and emotions, and enter higher states of awareness.

    Each part helps to release tension, open your energy levels, and bring your mind, body, and emotions into balance, so that you can experience inner peace.

  • This practice is designed for all fitness levels and people of all ages. The movements are simple to learn and can be modified towards any fitness level, even if you haven't worked out in a long time.

    Our practices will be low to medium intensity level, and modifications will be offered if needed. We will focus on relaxation, being gentle with ourselves, and accepting whatever arises as it is.
