Flow60 is a moving meditation designed to help you release tension, silence your mind, and let go of trapped emotions in 60 minutes.

Created by Mike Chang, the practice has 4 parts: Tap Massage, Strength Training, Stretching, Breathwork & Meditation.

This has been my daily practice for 5+ years. I became a Certified Flow60 Instructor in 2023, and have taught over 500 classes since then.

Currently, I teach online with Flow60 and in-person in Stockholm.

Flow60 is a holistic practice that you can do anytime and anywhere, no matter your fitness level.

Group Sessions

These sessions focus on gentleness, self-care, and relaxation. Each practice lasts 60-minutes.
