Effortless Mindfulness

I’ve been immersing myself in Loch Kelly’s work since 2024 and I find this approach fascinating. Stemming from the Mahamudra sutras and Dzogchen, Effortless Mindfulness is an experiential teaching that assists us in the recognition, realization, and full embodiment of our true nature. Loch teaches in a style of dialogue and inquiry. He starts with the view that the awakeness, wisdom, and love that we are seeking are already inherent within each of us, equally. The method of small glimpses gives us access to “the solution”, our true nature. From here, we open to a more spacious and compassionate knowing that relieves suffering at its root. If you feel you’re not progressing with traditional mindfulness, I highly recommend you give this a try!

The Art of Contemplation

Along with the Gene Keys, the art of contemplation has been profoundly transformative for me. This simple practice helps me connect to my heart, navigate emotional waves, and enjoy more of life. I truly recommend Richard Rudd’s work and his free app Triple Flame if you want to punctuate your life with more gentleness and breakthroughs. For those who want to dive deeper, the Golden Path is a good place to start (it’s an intense ride).

Heroic | Optimize

One of the greatest libraries of practical wisdom I’ve come across. Brian Johnson and his work completely transformed my life. In 2019, I joined the first year of Heroic Coach and it was a life-changing experience. The community is full of amazing people who want to become the best versions of themselves in service to others.

The Flow60 Practice

My daily practice for grounding, clearing energy, and cultivating presence. Mike Chang combined my favorite mind-body activities: qi-gong, calisthenics, stretching, breathwork, and meditation - all into 60 minutes! I love it’s flexibility and the philosophy behind it.

Automatic Writing Experience

I’ve been practicing AWE for years and it’s taught me to turn journaling into intuitive guidance. This feels like having conversations with my soul. It’s a practical tool to connect with your intuition and inner guidance, and one I consistently come back to.

Vipassana Meditation

I went on my first 10-day silent retreat in 2017. It was one of the most intense experiences of my life. Vipassana meditation (S.N. Goenka lineage) brought me much needed inner peace and balance. However, after diving into this path for a few years, I’ve now moved on to practices like effortless mindfulness and contemplation, as they resonate more deeply.

Oura Ring

Oura is one of the best sleep trackers on the market. Although this is not an absolute necessity, I’ve found that measuring the quality of my sleep helps me prioritize rest and recovery. The purpose for me is not perfecting every metric of my life, but learning to protect one of the most important pillars of our energy how we sleep.
