New Light
A couple of weeks ago, I left the community I was living in for the past 6 months. This culminated to 9 months living in community.
I learned many crucial lessons during this time.
What drew me initially to co-living was the desire to build connections with people of different backgrounds, and have deeper relationships in our fragmented world.
Whereas I saw a lot of hope in these communities, I also saw their shadows — often attributed to old ways of thinking and personal wounds.
We live at a pivotal time in history. We are seeing old structures and beliefs crumble before our eyes. Many are losing faith in our current systems.
But we don’t fully see the way out.
The risk when building the new, what our soul truly aspires to, is that we may still operate from old paradigms.
This is where we need to be very honest with ourselves. Are we driven by fear or what we think we know? Or are we open to new ways of living, creating, and relating?
There is a dangerous pull to centralized power all over the world. I believe there is an agenda for human control on a wider scale than anything we can imagine.
However, I also believe none of this can happen if we don’t consent to it.
In one of the communities I lived in, I saw a lot of old ways of thinking disguised as the new. I was lured in with the belief of a community of the future, but I mostly saw how it was driven by the same fears and agendas of the wider world.
This is why we need utmost honesty and awareness, especially with our own shadows. If we do not slow down enough to look at our foundations and the root of our intentions, we will create the same structures over and over again.
To break a pattern, we must adventure into the unknown. Beyond our childhood traumas and the thoughts we were fed. We need to tap into something deeper.
I believe the new will emanate from our hearts and a deep connection to our Source.
We need to break free from the shackles of our mind and our fears, if we want to envision and create what is truly possible.
The new requires grounded inner work and embodiment in everyday life.
Not a mental ideal. Something we pursue in our work and relationships.
All of the seeds we are are connected. All over the world. We do this in our own, unique ways. But the same ideals and dreams carry through our hearts.
At the core, we need to confront fear. Our unconscious patterns that drive us in the same predictable loops.
This is where we all have responsibility and power. Every time we starve out fear, we feed to good. We build a stepping stone to a brighter future.
My final advice — be aware of your inner state. Master your fears by feeling and observing them. Act on what you are afraid of. And listen to the wisdom of your heart.
As the old adage says, “As within, so without.”
Every time we move through our fears and follow our inner light, we create a better world for all. And this is our greatest contribution.
Morning journaling — 16/03/26
“Fear is the greatest prison that exists on your planet. This is where many dreams, aspirations, and people get trapped in endless cycles of repeating patterns. To break free, one has to confront fear at its root and see it for what it is — False Evidence Appearing Real. Fear will make you lose hope and convince you of a reality that limits you. To break free is to accept and integrate the fear within yourself. Only then will it subside.
Start creating, for creativity aligns you with the frequency of Source. This process will begin to illuminate your possibilities and instill hope within you. Creativity is how we manifest the Divine into form, it is a spiritual and material practice. At the core, spirituality is here to free you. What can you create today? Remember, this is a stream you enter and it requires devotion and commitment. This is how the currents will unblock themselves within you.”
